The purpose of a pre-approval is to ensure you are have a competitive edge when you make an offer and also ensure you stay within your purchasing power. Let us know in advance when you are in the process of getting a pre-approval, so that we proactively start your search in advance.

To ensure your time is maximized, our team will coordinate a tour for you to view your top favourite homes. Throughout the tour,  we will review the pros and cons of each home and collaborate with you to narrow down to your top favourite home. During this time, our team will also provide you with research on the  property so that you can fulfill your due diligence as a buyer prior to making an offer.

To ensure you are saving the most on your property, Maria Au will personally help you negotiate so that you are get the most of your property at the lowest price possible.
